The Programs & Operations Officer is responsible for the end-to-end execution of the Foundation’s programs and operational framework. Operating as the central execution point across all programs, the role drives implementation, coordinates external support resources, and ensures disciplined follow-up across stakeholders, systems, and financial processes.

Working under the guidance of the Projects Manager, the position combines hands-on delivery, ensuring that all program components—from beneficiary onboarding to donor engagement and financial flows—are executed consistently, efficiently, and in alignment with the Foundation’s standards.
