The Programs & Operations Lead is responsible for the end-to-end execution of the Foundation’s programs and operational framework, translating structured strategies into actionable initiatives. Operating as the central execution point across all programs, the role drives implementation, coordinates external support resources, and ensures disciplined follow-up across stakeholders, systems, and financial processes.

Working under the guidance of the Operations Manager, the position combines hands-on delivery with structured coordination, ensuring that all program components—from beneficiary onboarding to donor engagement and financial flows—are executed consistently, efficiently, and in alignment with the Foundation’s standards.
